Beginner Pole is perfect for you, regardless of fitness level. Our 45-minute classes guide you through warm-ups, conditioning, beginner pole moves, and stretching. Wear shorts, and bring a water bottle and a friend.
Beginner Pole is in Hales Gymnasium. Register by writing down your name.
