What to Bring & Wear

We recommend that you wear what you feel comfortable and sexy in. For better grip and friction on the brass pole, wear shorts and a tank top / short-sleeve shirt. Do not wear rings, and if you can, remove other jewelry. You will not be wearing shoes on the pole. We provide grip aid.

Bring a water bottle. There is a bubbler outside of the gym.

If you would like, you may also bring a change of clothes and/or warmer clothes and a tripod for filming. We always recommend that you bring your friends. (:

Hot Tips for Poling.

For Improvement:

Hydrate.

Warm-up. Condition. Stretch.

Take progress videos.

For Better Grip:

Less clothing (shorts + sports bra / shirt / short top).

Microfiber cloth and alcohol.

Dry Hands pole grip (in black box).

No skin lotion for 24 hours prior.

No jewelry.

Washing hands.

Find us in Hales Gymnasium, next to the Cat in the Cream.

If the door to Hales Gymnasium is locked, enter through the Cat in the Cream or knock on the doors.

There is a parking lot behind Hales Gymnasium.
